Customer Service Representatives (Technical)

Candidate profile

  • Basic Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP Protocol Suite, POP, SMTP, IMAP, Web Server, Domain Name, Mail Server, Database Server etc.
  • Ability to handle servers remotely.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually.
  • Good Drafting skill
  • Ability to prioritize the work
  • Must be flexible on shift scheduling.
  • Any certification is a plus.
  • Should be having a minimum of 1+ years of experience.

Job Description

  • Monitor and manage trouble tickets and Assure that all tickets are handled within the appropriate timeframe
  • Emergency on-call duties are required outside office hours
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Establish and follow through with individual, team, and company wide goals

Location: Thane - Mumbai
